Yeah buddy! it's sand. How could it be snow? :D It's one of those dune erosion fences gone to ruin....If you're from Wyoming, and have never SEEN the beach, I guess it COULD be a ruined fence in a snowy pasture.
But then something of the barbed wire would be left...so, it's sand. Either way, it's cool...kinda apocalyptic...very 'after the fall'...looks like a photograph...leaves a lot to the imagination...so, that's why so many like it. Me too.
